# Seez

> Seez is an AI company, founded in 2016, that builds software for the automotive retail industry. In plain terms, we help car dealerships sell and service cars better by putting AI into every step of the journey: greeting online shoppers, qualifying leads, helping sales and service teams do their jobs, and running the dealership's digital advertising. If you are new here, the one thing to remember is that everything we make points at the same goal, which is turning a car shopper into a happy, returning customer. In 2025 Seez was acquired by Pinewood.ai.

Our flagship offering is a suite of AI products called CARS. Think of CARS as a set of assistants that are trained on a specific dealership's own inventory, pricing, and processes, so they answer like someone who actually works there. On top of CARS we also sell the software dealerships use to run their business day to day: online sales tools (SeezClick, SeezPad), an AI tool for inventory and pricing decisions (SeezNitro), and a done-for-you marketing service (Boost).
